Solar-Powered Remote Control
Outsmart operator fatigue and stay out of the trenches with the remote-controlled TR75. The remote control eliminates operator fatigue associated with the manual operation of other compaction equipment. Because the remote control is solar powered, there’s no need for daily charges. With a working range of up to 60 feet, the remote control includes several features to ensure that the operator maintains control of the machine.
Two Amplitude Settings
With two amplitude settings and centrifugal weights in each drum, the TR75 delivers exceptional compaction performance on a variety of soils and a wide range of jobsite applications. The TR75 is a compact machine that can take on big challenges, producing a centrifugal force of 75kN or 36kN, depending on the amplitude setting.
Powerful Diesel Engine
At the heart of the Bobcat trench roller is its efficient and powerful diesel engine. The engine is quiet, fuel efficient and it delivers ample power to the hydrostatic drive system and amplitude vibratory system. The engine complies with emission standards.
Articulated Joint with Oscillation
The TR75 features a low center of gravity and an oscillating articulated joint that increases stability and maneuverability. The machine’s 14-degree range of oscillation keeps the drums in more complete contact on uneven ground for more efficient transfer of compaction energy. The articulated joint is controlled by two hydraulic cylinders that support a tight turning radius.
Padfoot Drums and Standard Extensions
The trench roller’s standard equipment includes drum extensions that bring the dual vibratory drums to a width of 33.5 inches. The padfoot drums compress material for increased penetration in cohesive soils or dense clay.
Uptime Protection
2
Standard Scraper Blades
Standard scraper blades along both drums eliminate the need to stop and remove material buildup.
Optional Security Bar
The optional security bar provides enhanced protection along the rear of the trench roller.
Serviceability
2
Greaseless Articulation Joint
No need to reach under the trench roller for any service points. The greaseless articulation joint requires no maintenance.
Easy Access Hoods
The trench roller’s hoods open easily and wide from the middle of the machine, making access to service points convenient and quick for routine maintenance. Daily maintenance checks are tool free and easy, making more time for jobsite compaction.
Versatility
3
Two Amplitude Settings
Two amplitude settings give the TR75 the versatility to deliver great compaction results on a wide range of materials and jobsites. Set the amplitude of the vibratory drums to tackle trench work and a variety of other compaction applications with one high-performing machine.
Easy Transport
The trench roller’s compact size makes it easier to transport from one jobsite to another. Get the machine in position for compaction work using travel speed. Switch to working speed when it’s time for high-performance compaction.
High Compaction in a Compact Size
The compact TR75 trench roller can work in tight spaces, where larger compaction equipment can’t go.
