T7X

The all-electric T7X is powered by a 72.6-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery. On a single charge, get up to six hours of continuous runtime on the T7X compact track loader. After a recharge, using a common 240-volt outlet, the T7X is ready to take on the tough jobs all over again. A color-coded power indicator on the control panel clearly displays the available power, from blue (fully charged) to yellow (partial charge) and finally to red (low charge). 

The intelligent power management system is programmed to sense workload requirements and delivers the electrical power needed for the job at hand. The high-efficiency electrical system preserves energy for when it’s needed and extends the machine’s runtime. It only delivers electric power while you’re putting the loader to work. You won't waste standby energy keeping the system active. Energy doesn't pass through multiple systems, enabling the highest efficiency possible. 

Unlike other compact loaders, the T7X doesn't rely on hydraulic systems to transfer power to the machine’s work group. Instead, they each feature a simple electrical drive system consisting of four ball-screw actuators that deliver precise power requirements for every workload. The electric-powered work group is much more power efficient than hydraulic systems.

With the T7X, you can simultaneously power the drive, lift and tilt functions without the noticeable power lag that is common among diesel-hydraulic machines. Operators notice a distinct power increase over traditional loaders, with no performance tradeoffs when operating multiple functions at once. 

Together, the battery and electrical powertrain generate incredible performance characteristics, with instantaneous torque that’s as much as three times greater than traditional loaders. The battery, drive motors and ball-screw actuators deliver full torque at 0 rpm.

Three control modes give you tailored work group and drive response while discharging only the amount of power the operator wants for the job at hand. The control modes allow you to choose how the drive and work group respond to joystick movement. Mode 1 (eco mode only)

The throttle control dial sets your maximum power level so you can meet work demands and preserve battery life throughout the day. The all-electric power system supports new opportunities to upgrade product features via wireless software updates not available on traditional loaders. With the T7X, you enjoy software connectivity to the machine and access to data produced as it works. You can use this data to change machine preferences and tune the performance to your specific needs.

The T7X provides a familiar environment for any Bobcat equipment operator, with controls and instrumentation that are consistent with its diesel-powered counterparts. 

Engage the float function to easily follow ground contours.

Bobcat rubber tracks are made using a combination of natural and synthetic rubbers to maximize wear. Bobcat tracks won’t just withstand tough environments; their design also provides a smooth ride by distributing weight over a larger surface area without sacrificing your loader’s capabilities. The multi-bar lug pattern provides increased traction on a wide variety of surfaces while reducing overall ground disturbance. Multi-bar lug tracks are also available in an optional non-marking rubber compound. 

This simple, strong undercarriage design offers solid-mounted durability with fewer overall parts. It offers consistent performance for accurate grading as well. 

When working in winter or in cold environments, you can unplug the machine and go right to work. There is no waiting for an engine or hydraulics to warm up. Operators will also appreciate how quickly the cab heats and cools regardless of the outside temperature.

The motion alarm (audio signal) activates when the loader is traveling in reverse. These loaders are also equipped with a horn for added operational awareness.

The easy-to-read 8-inch cab display provides full-featured machine interaction and monitoring capabilities. Diagnostic and detailed operation information, which can be accessed through the display, includes monitoring, troubleshooting and error conditions.

At night or in dark working conditions, your productivity can still shine. The bright, efficient and reliable LED lights provide far-reaching visibility when the light level is low. These front and rear lights give you a wider beam to illuminate more of the jobsite. This premium package also includes side lights with integrated front and rear blue strobe lighting. The side lights provide bright, far-reaching illumination and minimal power draw as well.

Blue strobe lights on the front, side and rear of the machine indicate the machine is in operation for enhanced bystander awareness. A backup alarm also supports operational awareness. 

The T7X represents a nearly 50% reduction in components. With fewer components, there are fewer failures, easier diagnostics and minimal maintenance for greater operator uptime.

High-voltage isolation and interlock is designed for reliable startups, all-day operations and shutdowns. This intelligent control system continuously monitors the high-voltage circuits and will automatically cut current flow to all high-voltage machine functions if a potential issue is detected.

A power level indicator on the operator's gauge panel clearly displays the battery state of charge. The light indicator changes from blue to yellow to red when running low on power. When the battery needs to be recharged, it automatically de-rates the performance to prevent full machine stoppage. You’ll still have power to move the loader to a trailer or charging location.

When the battery needs to be recharged, the T7X automatically de-rates the performance to de-rate/stop protection mode.
