CA Transparency in Supply Chains Act Statement

This statement is made on behalf of Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc., and its subsidies, (“Bobcat”) for Bobcat’s fiscal year ending on December 31, 2025. Bobcat is publishing this statement in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 and as a demonstration of its commitment to anti-slavery practices & combatting human trafficking and an affirmation of the values we hold and adopt across Bobcat’s business operations and supply chain.

1. Our Commitment

Bobcat is committed to creating a better tomorrow by advancing sustainable solutions and promoting respect for human rights throughout our global operations and supply chain. Guided by our ESG vision and three strategic pillars—Green Innovation, Proud Workplace, and Responsible Growth—we strive to integrate sustainability and ethical practices into every aspect of our business. Our ESG strategy includes human rights management, diversity and inclusion, and responsible supply chain practices. We prohibit forced labor and child labor in all operations and require suppliers to uphold the same standards, consistent with the UN Global Compact and UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

2. Verification of Our Supply Chain

Bobcat operates a Supply Chain ESG Management Roadmap that includes supplier ESG risk assessments and evaluation processes. Suppliers identified as high-risk are subject to enhanced monitoring and on-site evaluations. These efforts are part of our roadmap to strengthen ESG risk management and expand supplier engagement.

3. Audits

Bobcat conducts audits of selected suppliers to confirm compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct and ESG standards. These audits include on-site reviews and documentation checks, focusing on labor practices, health and safety, and ethical compliance. Audit results are reported to management and reflected in key decisions.

4. Supplier Certification

Bobcat’s Supplier Code of Conduct requires suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and regulations prohibiting forced labor and human trafficking. Specifically, the Code states that suppliers must prohibit all forms of forced labor, including slavery, debt bondage, human trafficking, and prison labor. Suppliers shall not subject workers to inhumane treatment, including verbal or sexual harassment, coercion, intimidation, or psychological abuse. This requirement is embedded in our global sourcing and contracting processes and reinforced through ESG evaluation systems.

5. Internal Accountability

Bobcat maintains internal accountability standards through our Ethics and Compliance Program and ESG governance structure. The Global ESG Steering Committee oversees ESG performance and reports to the Board of Directors. Employees and contractors who fail to meet these standards are subject to disciplinary action.

6. Training

Employees with direct responsibility for supply chain management receive training on identifying and mitigating risks related to forced labor and human trafficking. Training programs are updated regularly to reflect evolving regulations and best practices.
