Bigger fan. Smarter airflow. Superior performance. The premium cooling system on select Bobcat loaders pulls air through the louvered tailgate and across the in-line engine for better cooling. The large variable-speed fan automatically adjusts to engine temperature, saving power and reducing noise. On high-flow models, larger hydraulic hoses and tubelines allow oil to move with less restriction—keeping systems running cooler under heavy load. Together, these features lower temperatures across critical components for long-lasting durability and consistent performance.

The standard cooling system keeps you comfortable and your loader performing at its best. The dual-path airflow design draws cool, clean air from above and directs warm air out through side vents—away from the operator—for a more comfortable ride. The Bobcat exclusive SmartFAN automatically adjusts speed based on engine temperature for efficient, quiet operation, while the optional reversing fan clears debris from the radiator to maintain peak performance. Protected between the frame uprights, the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler are well shielded from jobsite hazards and easy to access for maintenance.
