Jessie Hamilton, a heavy equipment operator for Schutte Excavating in Greensburg, Indiana, operates her compact track loader with unmatched expertise and finesse. While running equipment has been a lifelong passion, she would have never taken hold of the controls if she’d accepted the status quo.
From a young age, Jessie was determined to break the stereotypes and embrace every opportunity – especially if it meant operating the fascinating machines that her brother was allowed to handle on her family’s dairy farm. She made it her mission to learn the ins and outs of equipment operation.
