Excavation Company Helps Develop Texas, One Site at a Time

Envirotec Construction Services (ECS), based in Argyle, Texas, has been a cornerstone of the state’s construction industry since 1997. Founded by Tom VanVickle, ECS has grown from a small operation into a major player in large-scale excavation and site preparation, specializing in residential and commercial development, demolition, grading, and stormwater control.  

Today, the company manages projects across a wide swath of North Texas, from McKinney to Dallas and as far north as Sanger. According to Robert Satterfield, an operations field manager, the company takes great pride in helping advance the infrastructure of the region. 

“Any street we drive on, it’s very likely that we’ve had machines there with our guys working hard,” he says.
